FIELD: transport engineering; compressed natural gas filling facilities for vehicles and other consumers. SUBSTANCE: movable plant for transportation and storage of gas has cylinders 1, shutoff and regulating devices, control station 6, line for charging cylinders from external source through end valves 15 and pressure line for filling external consumers from cylinders with pressure regulator, valves installed at both sides of pressure regulator and additional shutoff valve whose inlet hole is connected with pressure line before valve installed before pressure regulator and outlet hole is connected after valve installed after pressure regulator and connected through additionally installed valve with pressure line of compressor plant. Compressor plant pressure line is connected through valve with collector line which communicates with outlet to atmosphere through additional valve. Line for charging cylinders from external source through valve is connected after end valve with suction line of compressor plant and is furnished with valve connecting the line with atmosphere.
