SUBSTANCE: machine may be used in excavation of rocks, frozen grounds without their preliminary loosening in construction and mining industry. The excavating machine with bucket of active action includes jib, dipper stick with safety dog, source of energy carrier and pipeline system located on platform, jib and dipper stick and interconnected with one another by lengths of flexible hoses to form single energy-conducting circuit from source of energy carrier to percussive mechanisms of bucket. Dipper stick pipeline is telescopic.
