SUBSTANCE: device has case in the form of hollow cylinder with bottoms accommodating cylindrical chamber arranged in annular spaced relation; at least one tangential admission pipe joined in central part of chamber over its length; two contractions installed at ends of chamber; auxiliary chambers placed between case bottoms and contractions which communicate with cylindrical chamber through contraction holes; exhaust pipe mounted on case in central part over its length. Each admission pipe mounts injector provided with air pipe; air line is provided with check valve and throttling device. EFFECT: improved neutralizing efficiency. 2 dwg
