FIELD: fastening elements. SUBSTANCE: recess 16 for coupling with end of tool 30 intended for driving of screw is made in head 12 of screw 10. Configuration of recess in horizontal plane is shaped as a star with six truncated rays. Side walls of recess are widened outside and inclined at an angle of 7-15 deg with respect to screw axis. Walls forming the star sides represent flat surfaces 18 which pairs constitute six respective ribs with cross-section shaped as isosceles triangle. Vertex angle of isosceles triangle equals 90 deg and height is equal to half the base length of the triangle. Base of screw recess is provided with coaxial pin. Two diametrical slots for catching by traditional driving tool may be made in screw surface. Form of driving tool end is adapted for coupling with side wall of screw recess.
