FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves building penetrating slot between adjacent vertebrae with disk hernia being removed. A portion of bone tissue is removed from the vertebral bodies and the appeared cavity is filled with auto bone and covering plate is attached to anterior surfaces of adjacent vertebrae. Crushed deleted bone tissue taken off from the vertebral bodies is applied as autobone. Slot is filled after threading its wall and screwing in washer having screw thread on lateral cylindrical surface. The space is filled from end surface of the washer to anterior surfaces of adjacent vertebrae. The washer has screw thread on lateral cylindrical surface and cylindrical recess on one end with through openings in the bottom and wall for making separation border from neural structures of crushed parts of adjacent vertebrae. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; increased fixation rigidity. 16 cl, 6 dwg
