FIELD: equipment for washing dishes in public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: dishwashing machine has housing with inlet and outlet ends. Housing incorporates preliminary jet cleaning section, washing tank and rinsing tank with washing liquid circulation systems. Dishwashing machine is further equipped with pumps having spraying devices, conveyor and dish conveying tunnel. Auxiliary tank is mounted next to inlet end of washing liquid circulation system, and has side walls defining inner wall of dish conveying tunnel. Washing and rinsing tanks are disposed at opposite sides of auxiliary tank. Dish conveyor is disposed in dish conveying tunnel around auxiliary tank. In the process of treatment, dishes are advanced along conveyor in both directions. Inlet and outlet windows are positioned at one side of dishwashing machine. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, simplified construction and convenient operation and maintenance. 2 cl, 1 dwg
