SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of medical instruments from hardly soluble contaminants. Proposed device comprises housing with hinged cover and bath with bottom. Temperature sensor is installed in the side walls of the device. Device comprises at least two posts with connectors installed in bath and connected to water circuit. Device cover is equipped with two pneumatic drives connected to the control unit and conjugated with the case. Nozzles connected to the main pump outlet are arranged in the cover. On the bath there is a circulating module connected to the input of the main pump. In the bath there is a basket with cells. At bottom of bath on outer side there are ultrasonic radiators connected to unit of ultrasonic generators. In one of the side walls of the bath there is a first set of first fluid supply modules, connected by means of the first dispenser, the second dispenser, the third dispenser and the fourth dispenser respectively to the first container with washing liquid, a second vessel with a neutralizer, a third container with a softener and a fourth container with lubricant. In one of the side walls there is also the second set of the second fluid supply modules connected to the first input module of liquid supply, the second input module of liquid supply and the third input module of liquid supply.
