FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: inhaler has water reservoir, power source for atomizing medicinal substance, air ionizer, needle electrode attached to air ionizer inner surface, current-conductive cylinder axially mounted inside air ionizer, outlet branch pipe, inhalant channel, inlet branch pipe for supplying thinning atmospheric air, and high-voltage block, with negative pole of high-voltage block being connected to needle electrode and positive pole to current-conductive cylinder. Outer surfaces of current-conductive cylinder and current-conductive enclosure of air ionizer are covered with isolating covering. Current-conductive enclosure is connected to earth bus. Inhalant channel is extending through current-conductive cavity. Needle electrode is made in the form of electrically connected rings extending along air ionizer and is provided with needles whose sharpened ends are oriented at an angle to and in the direction of outlet branch pipe.
