FIELD: machine engineering, possibly plants where it is necessary to clean cutting fluids and other technological liquids for removing mechanical impurities out of them. SUBSTANCE: settling tank includes scraper conveyer and magnetic rods. Scraper conveyer has inner and outer scrapers and casing arranged between branches of conveyer. Casing has grooves in its lower and upper walls adjoining to fixed magnetic rods consisting of permanent magnets. Second scraper conveyer with inner and outer scrapers is arranged between casing and magnetic rods. Scrapers of first and second conveyers are arranged one near another and they embrace magnetic rods over upper and lower walls of casing. The last provides possibility for supplying or discharging cutting fluid through it. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning cutting fluid. 2 dwg
