FIELD: machine engineering, possibly processes and equipment for cleaning cutting fluids and other technological liquids from mechanical particles. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of passing cleaned liquid through magnetic rods of zigzag portion of endless branch of magnetic chain type separator and regeneration of magnetic rods by means of regeneration mechanism. Liquid is cleaned when it is successively passed through magnetic rods arranged on several zigzag portions of endless branch of magnetic separator. In spacings between zigzag portions of branch of magnetic separator magnetic rods are regenerated due to removing ferromagnetic mechanical additives. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning liquids from ferromagnetic particles and improved regeneration of magnetic rods. 1 dwg
