SUBSTANCE: circuit for passing resultant thermic electric current along contour "machine tool- tool- part- machine tool" is disconnected due to electric insulation of tool or part from housing of machine tool. Circuits of local thermic currents circulating along contour "front surface of tool-chip-part- back surface of tool" are disconnected due to wear-resistant dielectric coating applied onto all contact surfaces of working portion of tool except regrindable ones.
