FIELD: facing material working. SUBSTANCE: machine may be used for preparation of blocks of marble or other rocks. Machine has carcass where a frame saw with combination of band saws is mounted for motion with respect to it. Carcass also accommodates crank mechanism for driving of frame saw and car for installation and delivery of natural stone blank. Crank of crank mechanism is made as flywheel to which connecting rod coupled to frame saw is secured. Flywheel is provided with shaped end surface interacting with surface of frame saw carcass through roller. Carcass is spring-loaded relative to flywheel. It is positioned as an acute angle (about 15 deg) to vertical. Lower part of carcass is mounted on foundation by means of hinge. Profiled end surface of flywheel acts periodically on carcass through roller, thus providing for contact of band saw with surface of natural stone blank being worked when frame saw moves downwards and for their removal from surface of blank being worked when frame saw moves upwards. Sawing machine ensures reduction of frame saw drive, reduction of wear and prolonged service life of diamond tool. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
