FIELD: industrial organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention provides method for production of fluorinated hydrocarbons by liquid-phase interaction of chlorinated hydrocarbons with hydrogen fluoride upon heating in presence of catalyst based on at least one tin compound and additive, after which mixture containing fluorinated hydrocarbons is separated. According to invention, liquid phase contains at least one chlorinated hydrocarbon corresponding to general formulas R1R2C = CR3R4 and/or CR5R6R7R8, where at least one of R1-R4 in the former and at least one R5-R8 in the latter are chlorine atoms and remaining R1-R8 radicals, identical or different, are selected from group including H, F, Cl, Br, and C(y)Z(2y+1), wherein radicals Z, , identical or different, are selected from group including H, F, Cl, or Br and y is integer from 1 to 6. At least one additive used in the process can be alkoxide represented by formula M(OR9)x, wherein M is Li, Na, K, Rb, Contains, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ti, B, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, or Pb; R9 is C1-C6- alkyl; and x =1 to 4, at molar ratio of additive to catalyst 0.25 to 1. Resultant fluorinated hydrocarbon is essentially free of oligomer and polymer compounds. EFFECT: increased purity of product. 9 cl, 1 dwg, 5 ex
