Mixture of pyridinium salt of the general formula (II) where R1,R2 have indicated values; R3 is alkyl, alkoxyl; X is anion with pyridinium salt of the general formula (III) where R4 is alkyl, alkoxyl; Y is anion is subjected for interaction with aqueous solvent or with addition of organic solvents with alkylammonium sulfite or dialkylammonium solution and free base or free base and alkaline metal sulfite solution at heating to 60-250 C.
