Unit has also breaker, and reversible overrunning clutch forming a common mechanism which increases cycle of operation of coiled ribbon spring and provides constant transmission of energy to consumer. Invention can be used in electric car being connected to generator of electric motor, as drive for clock-work and electric models and toys , and as portable power source of constant output.
