FIELD: space equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has a detachable support, squib-actuated drive with a body and piston, engageable with a locking device made in the form of a collet engageable with the support, and a rod with an initial position lock. The device has a base and a transient support that are rigidly interconnected. The piston of the squib-actuated drive are engageable with the rod by means of a tie with hinges. One end of the tie is fastened in a bowl, and the other-on the piston. Mounted on the transient support is a bush with internal grooves. A sleeve with a through radial hole is fastened on the inner surface of the collet shoulder. A nut engageable with the bush end face is installed on the outer surface of the collet shoulder. A sleeve is fastened on the rod. A bowl for axial motion is installed inside the sleeve. A damper for seizure in the stop fastened on the piston is installed in the body of the squib-operated drive with a radial clearance. The collet shoulder has external lugs engageable with the bush grooves. The rod has a bead with a spherical bearing surface engageable with the sleeve inner surface, and through hole with an axis perpendicular to the piston axis and passing through lock is installed in the hole of the rod bead and in the sleeve radial hole. Clearances are made between the inner end face of the sleeve bottom and the bowl end face, rod bead end face and inner end face of the sleeve. The lock fixes the initial position of the piston relative to the body of the squib-operated drive. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the device. 2 cl, 1 dwg
