SUBSTANCE: proposed line comprises casing with inner flanging and drive composed by pyro drive composed by pyro cartridges and their chambers, casing displacement limiter nut, adapter with flange and detachable main line part with bellow. Said adapter and detachable main line part comprises valves with bodies with seats and through slits, plates with rods, ledges and seals, springs resting on supports with openings. Adapter has groove that makes a blow-out membrane shaped to stepped sleeve, insert with webs and seals. Sleeve is secured at said adapter by nut.

EFFECT: fast response, ruled out impact loads.
