FIELD: space engineering; coupling and uncoupling lines of flying vehicles and ground complex.
SUBSTANCE: proposed multi-connection detachable unit includes on-board plate mounted on flying vehicle, adapter plate engageable with on-board plate by means of sealed-up separation plane and connected with it by means of lock which has collet with band provided with internal projection and rod with bead; proposed unit includes also umbilical plate fastened with adapter plate by means of casing, lines with compensators, relief valves with disks sealed over end face, drive mechanism having body and piston with tail-piece, rod and bush. Proposed unit is provided with additional relief valves fitted in lines of adapter plate, stop, damper, adapter and retainer. Relief valves of adapter plate lines are provided with disks sealed over end face and mounted for engagement with axial spherical tips of hold-down members of said valves. Each relief valve of on-board and adapter plates is provided with spring-loaded spherical stop fitted in axial cylindrical seat of disk at diameter equal to diameter spherical stop and depth exceeding its radius. Drive mechanism body is secured on on-board plate on side of flying vehicle. Stop is mounted in drive mechanism body for engagement with piston tail-piece; end face of piston is spherical in shape for engagement with end face of collet lock rod. Damper is located in inner cavity of drive mechanism body between inner surface of bottom and piston. Inner cavity of drive mechanism body is communicated with cavity of collet lock and is sealed-up relative to interior of flying vehicle. Adapter is secured on umbilical plate by means of retainer. Rod is provided with spherical tips locked on its ends and engageable with spherical surfaces of bush and adapter; it is mounted at preset compensating clearance relative to said spherical bearing surfaces. Each hold-down member of relief valve of on-board plate lines is provided with spherical tip and is mounted for axial contact with disk. Clearance between piston and damper exceeds clearance of unlocking collet lock and is no less than clearance between rod bead and inner projection of rod band.
