FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making cut around a scapula. Superointerior or inferior angle of the scapula is revealed. Interposing biological interlayer is produced as U-shaped fixable muscular flap having base facing the vertebral column. Scapular crunch being localized in the superointerior angle area, the flap is to be taken from the trapezius muscle. Scapular crunch being localized in the inferior angle area, the flap is to be taken from the musculus latissimus dorsi. The defects produced in the trapezius muscle and musculus latissimus dorsi are repaired. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications; improved cosmetic and functional results. 7 dwg
