FIELD: medicine, in particular, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes cutting off apex of scapula coracoid process together with muscles attached to it, advancing apex towards anteroinferior portion of scapula neck and fixing it in position by screw. Disclosed method differs from prior art in that humeroscapular ligament is made from tendinous-muscular graft cut out of subscapular muscle and reinforced by allofascial transplant whose one end portion covers defective portion of muscle. EFFECT: prevention of relapses of shoulder dislocations owing to reinforcement of anteroinferior section of shoulder joint.
