SUBSTANCE: method involves forming stepped shoulders in pulp cavity, with solid tissues remaining along perimeter of dental neck extending above gum; widening channels of dental roots; modeling in said channels wax pins with mechanical retainers in their stump part; manufacturing metal insertion piece; applying ceramic ground thereto and subjecting to burning in vacuum furnace; fixing insertion piece in pulp cavity and applying sequential layers of composite until anatomical shape of tooth is recovered.
