FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to autoplasma, determination of its amount that is sufficient for maximal aggregation of platelets followed by its addition to the same volume of intact autoplasma. Then mixture is centrifuged and obtained supernatant (autohemocomponent preparation) is administrated by intravenous route in the amount 5.0-10.0 ml.
