SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of aggregation of platelets with adenosine diphosphate disodium salt and with thrombin and plasma blood fibronectin concentration after precipitation of platelet aggregates. Latent period of hemorrhagic diathesis is diagnosed at normal aggregation response of platelets to adenosine diphosphate disodium salt and the absence of response to thrombin and at concentration of fibronectin above 500 mcg/ml.
