FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves adding thrombin to autoplasma in step-by-step growing concentration. Its quantity required for maximum blood platelets aggregation is determined. This thrombin quantity is added to the same volume of intact plasma. The so produced supernatant fluid is administered in the amount of 0.3-0.5 ml in parabulbary mode. EFFECT: excluded allergic responses.
