FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating continuously growing spot of helium-neon laser light of 0.5-1.5 cm to 4.0-5.0 cm diameter directed to inflammatory focus projections through vagina vaults in cases of infiltration phenomena being observed in uterine appendages. Incident light power density is 0.2-24.0 mW/cm2, frequency is equal to patient pulse in femoral artery. The spot starts growing at the same time the pulse stroke dies. No infiltration phenomena being observed, continuously shrinking laser light spot of 5.0-6.0 cm to 1.0-2.0 cm diameter is created. Incident light power density is 0.1-6.0 mW/cm2. The spot starts shrinking at the beginning of the pulse stroke. Daily session duration is 6-15 min. The total course is 8-12 sessions long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved blood circulation in chronic inflammation focus. 2 dwg, 5 tbl
