FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat chronic salpingo-oophoritis. To do this, rehabilitation of infection foci is carried out and enzyme preparation is used. As enzyme preparation, drug Fermencol is used, dissolved in preparation Solactin at a concentration of 0.1–0.2 mg/ml. "Fermencol" is administered by intravaginal electrophoresis at initial current strength of 0.1 mA, followed by increase in it during the session to 2 mA, focusing on patient's feelings, with maximum current density of not more than 0.1 mA/cm. At the same time as active electrode using vaginal electrode produced by LLC INISS-med. As a passive electrode, electrode with conductive tissue moistened with saline, located on lumbosacral area is used. Treatment session is carried out for 15 minutes, daily, in course of 15 days.
EFFECT: method provides increase in effectiveness and accessibility of treatment, reduction in duration of treatment, achievement of stable remission, and improvement in reproductive function with no side effects.
