FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: equipment is used for treatment of materials in liquid at high pressures and temperatures. It may be efficiently used in vulcanization, polymerization and compaction of discrete and solid materials at liquid pressure in excess of 100 MPa and temperature above 100 C. Isostate has powder container with operating space sealed by upper and lower plugs. Operating space accommodates working vessel with liquid. Working vessel has open top and sealed bottom made of conducting material. Working vessel with liquid containing treated blank is installed on dielectric heater installed on protective magnetic circuit, and the latter is located on end of lower plug. Working vessel with liquid and treated blank is installed in operating space of power container so that clearance is formed between external wall of working vessel and internal wall of power container. Clearance provides for reduction of heat losses. Using gas as a medium ensuring pressure on blank, makes the process more adaptable and economically efficient due to reduced power consumption and improved ecology of process.
