FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular, to machining of billets made from solid and discrete materials at 10 MPa and temperatures exceeding 100°C. Power module comprises two-sleeve container with bottom and top plugs 7 and 6, respectively. Container outer sleeve 3 is fitted on inner sleeve 1 with interference to create compression stress in the latter. Annular spiral grooves for inner sleeve cooling are made on outer sleeve inner cylindrical surface. Power frame 20 is made up of pile of thick steel sheets contracted by studs via spacers to allow 5-15 mm-gap between sheets. Bottom heater 10, lateral heater 11 and working chamber 12 accommodating machined parts are arranged on bottom plug 7.
EFFECT: higher workability, simplified operation.
