FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. High-pressure unit for cleaning surfaces of metal products from mold ceramic residues comprises container 1 with cooled walls 2 and sealed with plugs 6 and 7, working chamber 14, equipped with heater 13 and mounted in the container at bottom plug 7, gas supply system leading through upper container plug 6 into working chamber 14. This unit is provided with frame 10, divided into sections, each arranging upper and lower cells designed for container 1 mounting and limiting axial movement of end plugs. Working chamber is enclosed into cooling jacket 15. Bottom end plug arranges condensate collecting tank. Process rack is located inside the working chamber for the purpose of arranging and setting processed metal products.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced time of processing, higher quality of metal product surface cleaning and increased service life of equipment.
