FIELD: production of moulded articles of plastics. SUBSTANCE: the device has a lockable mould cavity a material distributor installed above it for plastics plasticized under heat effect. The material distributor has an outlet for material flow directed towards the mould cavity and closed by a locking member. A device for separation of a batch of material made in the form of shears is installed under the outlet. The locking member is installed for movement from the inner cavity of the material distributor to the outlet, and through it - to the open cavity of the mould, and back. According to another modification, the material distributor is provided with a piston assembly with a movable piston for creation of short-time rarefaction in the inner cavity of the material distributor. Single batches of material outgoing from the outlet are separated from the plastics flow, transferred to the mould cavity and pressed with production of a moulded article. Separation of batches of material from the material flow is accomplished under the convex hole at a certain distance from it; to this end, the material flow is stopped for a short period of time. EFFECT: production of a closed batch of material of desired size without additional procedures. 7 cl, 5 dwg
