SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of manufacture of tubular blanks, particularly, multiple-layer tubular blanks with at least one lengthwise partition forming longitudinal chambers, partition being made using film tape. First barring strip is secured on film tape or cut-off and separated section of film tape of required length. Length of strip is to be equal to length of film tape or cut-off section of film tape in direction parallel to film tape or section of film tape. Then side edges are connected to each other to form endless tube from which tubular blanks are cut off. Barring strip and accordingly section of barring strip are made from one hose or accordingly from section of hose, or on first barring strip at least one second barring strip is secured.
