The first adder input is connected to setter output and to outputs of inertial section and damper. The second adder input is connected to the first adder output joined to input of the second differentiator. The device includes inaccurate correcting element whose output is connected to the second adder input, the first input, to the first adder output and the second input is connected to the second differentiator output.
