SUBSTANCE: method involves insertion of two controlled gates into intervals of conducting state and double- direction conductance in interrupt intervals when locking features of these gates are restored, as well as gates with natural switching. Regulator has single-phase stepping-up transformer and bridge thyristor commutator.
