FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: four-square- control corrector depends for its operation on independent pulse-width control of voltage booster transverse component as function of reactive power of line and longitudinal component of booster as function of load voltage deviation. Corrector is built around two booster transformers, two three-phase voltage inverters, and their common three-phase regenerating rectifier. It also incorporates line reactive-power and load-voltage deviation sensors, bank of cosine condensers, filter, three-phase circuit breaker, starting switch, and timer. EFFECT: fast response, improved waveform of output voltage, facilitated arrangement of closed automatic control system for starting and steady state conditions. 4 dwg
