FIELD: weaponry, in particular, systems providing for automated preparation and launching of rockets. SUBSTANCE: the device has a target position data acquisition unit, control signal generating unit providing for rocket launch, tactical control unit for provision of launch. The control signal generating unit is made as a processor with an interruption unit, four memory units, code register of generated signals, whose memory elements via a group of switching elements are connected respectively to a group of signal receivers of the on-board rocket control system. The first memory unit holds the rocket ratings and cryptographic conversion keys, and the second unit - the preparatory signal generation program, the third unit - cryptographized program of generation of final signals for rocket launch, the fourth unit - cryptographic reconversion program. After analysis of the obtained target data the commander takes a decision on rocket launch. in the process of which the control signal generating unit produces and transmits a train of signals to the on-board control system corresponding to the countdown graph. At passage of the preset sequence of preliminary signals a signal is formed, which via the interruption unit is transmitted to the processor. The latter accomplishes cryptographic reconversion of the program recorded in the third unit and continues generation of final signals for provision of rocket launch in accordance with the countdown graph. In the offered device for prevention of unauthorized access to the rocket launch process the two cryptographic components: the key system and the cryptographic conversion program are spaced apart and stored in physically different places, they are combined only in the stage of pre-launch preparation.
