In addition device has at least one focusing or decoding lens, which is located between adhesive layer and storage medium. Photosensitive material may be photochromic. Storage medium may have image recognition chip. Device may be mounted for removal on carrier material. Information decoding device consists of decoding lens, which is mounted on display surface using adhesive layer and is shaped, in particular, as magnifying glass.
