SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making and can be used in navigation systems to display routes superimposed on road map. For this audio or video data on road traffic are set up in displaying the route superimposed on road map along with one or several symbols. Note here that every said symbol can be selected to display video or playback audio data. Video data can be supplied by fixed road traffic control camera. Driver can quickly look through video data or fixed image from said camera to estimate traffic conditions.
