SUBSTANCE: head-mounted information displaying device, in particular, TV image displaying device, has TV screen or slide holder, and optical elements for transmission of light beam from screen or picture to eyes. Device has optical elements, which split beam, which is produced by screen 4 or picture, into branch beams and lead said branch beams to eyes of user of device. In addition device has optical elements, which reflect branch beams to pupils 14, 15, and focusing elements which are located between reflecting elements and pupils 14, 15 and/or between splitting optical elements and reflecting optical elements.
