FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame, carrier wheels and working tool for digging and cutting out of soil layer. Frame has two cross tubes 4,5 interconnected by sides 6,7. Tubes have hermetically sealed ends 8,9. Inner cavities of tubes 4,5 are filled with ballast liquid. Each side 6,7 is made in the form of walls 13,14 enclosing tubes 4,5 and additionally connected by cylindrical connecting members. Upper tube 4 has pair of eyelets for hitching to tractor and brackets for attaching carrier wheels and working tool. EFFECT: simplified construction and improved processability. 7 cl, 5 dwg
