FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame, carrier wheels 2, undercutting tool 3 driven from tractor drive 6, rotor 5 mounted on H-shaped bar 4 coupled to frame so that it may be moved independently to transport position. Driving members of drive 6 are positioned in longitudinal beams of H-shaped bar 4 which is fixed on frame by means of tie-rods 21 of variable length. U-shaped undercutting tool 3 is provided with horizontal cutting edge and root lifters 16 inclined upward and rearward. Side walls of working tool 3 are coupled to frame so that they may be rearranged and fixed. Rotor 5 is mounted on end of H-shaped bar 4. Drive 6 of rotor 5 is made double-sided. Shafts are preloaded by twisting. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 6 cl, 9 dwg
