FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with piezoelectric members. The members are joined through amplifier cascade to heating member based on Nichrome alloy spiral. Oculars are coated with thermoplastic polymer film based on liquid crystals. The Nichrome alloy spiral has three temperature levels. Feedback principle makes the basis of therapy. Electric signal passing through voltage-to-current transducer is transformed into heat resulting in control signal commutated by key circuit depending on current level.
