FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial production of organomineral fertilizers for agriculture and can be used for producing complex fertilizer containing all necessary components for effective soil improvement, plant growth conditions and providing favorable conditions for vital activity of soil microorganisms. Fertilizer has brown coal, turf, calcium-containing component as extra-oven dust, waste in cement production, and also phosphorite meal, potash and carbamide as mineral fertilizers at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: brown coal, 4-6; carbamide, 10-12; turf, the balance. This gives a possibility to exclude the use of other, simple and complex mineral fertilizers. EFFECT: decreased norms of fertilizer addition per unit of area to be fertilized, decreased volume of agriculture works, enhanced soil fertility. 2 tbl, 7 ex
