FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter has narrowing device, differential manometer, as well as secondary instrument including generator, logical circuit, binary and binary-decade counters, first and second digital-and-analog converters, register, decoder, frequency divider, and optronic element. Output signal of the first digital-and-analog converter, which reference input is supplied with reference voltage, serves as reference signal at input of the second digital-and-analog converter. Its output signal is compared as comparator input with normalized signal with the aid of normalizing amplifier by value of electric output signal of differential manometer. Current value of flow rate is displayed on digital panel and integral value, in electromechanical reading device. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement. 1 dwg
