FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to positioners and can be applied in executing underwater engineering work, measurements, surveying and underwater identification. The effect is ensured by introduction into a track of an auxiliary antenna, a satellite signal receiver, a locking signal shaper, a transmitter, two switches, two return signal receivers, combined and receiving acoustic signal antennas. The satellite signal receiver enables measuring rolling and pitching motions of a vessel that ensures reduction of the underwater position error. All signals of the device are formed of high-stable reference frequency generated by the satellite signal receiver. The return signal direction of arrival is determined by the interferometer method. The offered device provides underwater positioning with an error not exceeding tenths of metre.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of underwater positioning.
