FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has transducer having emitting and receiving piezoelectric members. The latter one is connected to oscillator unit and the receiving piezoelectric member, high frequency amplifier, mixer and low frequency are connected in series and placed in the transducer casing together with the oscillator unit, additional mixer and low frequency amplifier. Oscillator unit output is connected to mixer input and additional circuit having delay lines, additional mixer and low frequency amplifier connected in series. Both outputs of the low frequency amplifiers are connected to two-channeled low frequency trunk amplifiers located in the transducer casing. EFFECT: high sensitivity and noise immunity in selecting blood circulation signal components. 3 cl, 1 dwg
