SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiovascular surgery. Vascular fixator is fitted on the ultrasonic intraoperative Doppler sensors by means of a ring with a technological slot, which changes into a truncated cone, which changes into a stabilizing cylinder. Cylinder-stabilizer is located at angle of 60° to the axis of the ultrasonic beam and has a technological sector cutout with angle of 190°. Stabilizing cylinder is used to capture a controlled vessel with further measurement of blood flow parameters.

EFFECT: method eliminates interference when picking up a Doppler signal by coronary shunts after the main stage of the operation by stabilizing the vessel relative to the sensor and damping vibrations.
