FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: oral solid pharmaceutical composition has hemfibrozil as active component and standard pharmaceutical additions. Composition has bis-(2-ethylhexyl)-sulfosuccinate sodium as surface-active substance taken in the amount 0.05-0.5 wt.-% with respect to hemifibrozil content in composition. Proposed pharmaceutical compositions provide homogeneous dissolution of indicated active component at uniform rate that is confirmed by the value of small root-mean square deviation of dissolving rates.
