SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an immediate-release pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet containing ketoprofen lysine salt (KLS) having a particle size distribution with d(0.9) ranging from 150 µm to 250 µm, and d(0.5) more than 65 microns, as an active substance, and mannitol, where the ratio of ketoprofen lysine salt and mannitol is from 100:100 to 100:250, moreover, the tablet additionally contains at least one super disintegrant and at least one lubricant.
EFFECT: obtaining an immediate release tablet containing non-micronized ketoprofen lysine salt having a specific particle size distribution and mannitol.
