FIELD: preparation of petroleum with production of stable petroleum and gas preparation products on petroleum fields. SUBSTANCE: the device has a horizontal reservoir with pipe connections for outlet of separated phases. The reservoir has a settling section and a section for gathering of prepared petroleum, it is provided with a vertical section installed above the settling section. In the section for gathering of prepared petroleum the device is outfitted with a heater dipped in prepared petroleum. The vertical section is divided in height into three zones. The lower zone accommodates a cyclone separator installed in a spaced relation to the vertical section walls forming pockets with the reservoir surface. The cyclone separator inlet is connected to the pipe connection for inlet of mixture to the device, and the outlet - to the gas space of the settling section. The pockets are designed for gathering of gas condensate and have a pipe connection for its outlet. The gas space of the lower zone is connected to the gas space of the section for gathering of prepared petroleum. This space is formed by the reservoir and partition hermetically attached to the upper part of the reservoir and lowered in the petroleum layer in the settling section. The upper zone accommodates a mass transfer device and a distributor for its sprinkling by condensate. The middle zone is provided with a device for redistribution of flows of gas from the lower zone and condensate from the upper zone, for example, in the form of horizontal semi-partitions staggered in the vertical.
