FIELD: polymer materials and chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: orifice for supplying mixture of thermoreactive plastic and hardener from mixing chamber connected with thermoreactive plastic- and hardener- supply lines. Mixing chamber communicates with at least two channels 0.5 to 1.5 mm in diameter, which converge at angle 70-140 deg. in point located beyond orifice. When above-said mixture is passed through orifice, mixture has viscosity from 150 to 75000 centipoise and is extruded through orifice under pressure 75 to 100 bar (7500 to 10000 kPa). Plastic drops have equal dimensions and move slowly toward surface to be covered. EFFECT: achieved very well outlined scattering spot with no risk of bounce of sprayed material drops. 5 cl, 3 dwg
